Yamada NDP-80 Wine Pump

This pump will produce flows to 200 gpm and up to 100 psi, providing a great tool for barrel work, juice pans, screened pump overs, juice transfers and many other projects throughout your facility.

Built to keep pace with high-volume cellar work, the Yamada NDP-80 is constructed from 304 stainless steel and stands 4″ in diameter by 33″ tall, so it's compact enough to move between tanks and barrels while still handling serious throughput. The non-lubricated air valve and Hytrel diaphragms keep the pump oil-free, protecting the integrity of your juice and wine with every transfer. A built-in suppressor substantially reduces the pulse of the air pump, giving you a smoother, more consistent flow for delicate juice pans, screened pump overs and bottling runs.

The NDP-80 mounts on a 1-1/2″ stainless steel tubing cart with foam-filled tires and polypropylene hubs, so it's easy to wheel exactly where you need it in the cellar. Each pump comes fitted with 3″ Triclamp inlet and outlet fittings, stainless steel wetted parts, a 3/4″ air filter and regulator, ball valve control, and a stainless steel fitting basket, with an air requirement of just .75 cfm to 1 gpm.
