The Puleo Vega R Series combines the legendary, gentle destemming action of the standard Vega series with the high-precision grape sorting capabilities of the embedded Roll Selecto table. By merging destemming and sorting into a single, cohesive unit, this advanced system offers a major dual advantage for your cellar: dramatic space-saving on the crushpad and a efficient, single discharge point for stems.
Once the grapes are destemmed, they flow directly onto the underlying Roll Selecto sorting table. Utilizing high-speed rotation across dual roller sections, it accurately isolates clean berries while completely rejecting unwanted MOG (Material Other than Grapes) such as stems, leaves, and stalk fragments.
